Our kits can be used to tan hides from large mammals such as deer, elk, moose, caribou, etc. and smaller fur bearing animals such as coyote, fox, raccoon, beaver, rabbit, and other like skins — virtually any hair-on or hair-off tanning project.
How many hides can I tan with one kit?
It depends on the species and size of the hides. Each kit includes enough material for multiple small hides or a single large hide, with product quantity clearly listed on every label. For ongoing or larger projects, individual components are also available separately.
Do I need special equipment?
